With hands-on guidance, you’ll gain confidence in your culinary skills and deepen your appreciation for Italian cuisine.

Once your pasta is ready, it’s time to pair it with two seasonal sauces, one for each pasta dish. Our chef will demonstrate how to prepare classic Italian sauces like pesto, or tomato sauce with the sweetest “pomodoro ciliegino”, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This experience is a ‘must do’ in Italy, and the beautiful setting and expert instructors at Cooking Italy in Rome make this the place to do your Italian cooking class. I don’t usually enjoy cooking but I totally enjoyed this, and the pasta we made was outstanding.

We took the pasta making class with our two boys aged 10 and 12 and we had such a great time. Luca was a friendly, fun and engaging teacher and our whole group were lovely. We made two types of pasta by hand at a relaxed pace, the boys could easily follow along and had such a good time, which meant we did too.
