Sorrento Pasta Making Class
This cooking class is an excellent way to explore the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean, as well as to acquire new culinary skills specific to the Sorrentine culinary tradition. During the experience, I will be happy to guide you in the preparation of classic dishes from the Amalfi Coast. After preparing them together, we will sit down at the table to savor the delicacies we have just created. We will begin with a tasty Sorrentine-style escarole pizza, and then continue with the flavorful potato and provolone pasta, typical of Neapolitan cuisine. Finally, we will end on a sweet note with a delicious black and white cream shortbread. I look forward to welcoming you!
