I just realized today, that it had failed to post. The class was in October 2024. Highly recommended! This was the BEST class! Giulia was wonderful!! We personally had an issue with our transportation through Florence and thought we were going to be too late. Giulia called me and helped us get to the right spot. She immediately put us at ease and the class was underway! The other participants were so understanding and easy going! We laughed, drank Prosecco, made tiramisu, made pasta dough, then rolled it out using a pasta maker. We made two types of pasta, a ravioli and tagliatelle. We sat down while the pastas were prepared and just enjoyed everyone’s company. It was such a fun group of people and our fearless leader, Giulia was aMaZiNg!! She had us laughing and joking around. The food was served and we were all surprised at how great it tasted! I can not wait to try this at home. I’m sure without Giulia guidance and sweet stories of her grandmother it won’t be the same, but you better believe I will be trying!!
