Sadly it’s the law (that’s what the instructor said!!!) to not make the sauce in the class so it was made behind the scenes and our pasta was cooked by the chefs in the kitchen and served to us afterwards.Our instructor Tonia was a really thorough teacher and didn’t want anyone’s pasta to break or turn out bad (and none did!). She made the class fun and enjoyable, breaking the ice with everyone as she captured the photos for the group! She also knew lots about Italy and gave us tidbits on pasta regions and food across Italy!During the dinner, we had lots of wine, tastings of pestos, truffle and other treats from the region and finally our pasta and tiramisu!
