You will be welcomed with an aperitif with bruschetta and limoncello spritz after admiring and learning about the most important monuments from the view from the hill of Posillipo. Transfer to the kitchen I will teach you how to make fresh pasta! You will discover the secrets of homemade ravioli and scialatielli! And then let’s prepare together the local version of tiramisu with homemade limoncello!

This experience is a ‘must do’ in Italy, and the beautiful setting and expert instructors at Cooking Italy in Rome make this the place to do your Italian cooking class. I don’t usually enjoy cooking but I totally enjoyed this, and the pasta we made was outstanding.

We took the pasta making class with our two boys aged 10 and 12 and we had such a great time. Luca was a friendly, fun and engaging teacher and our whole group were lovely. We made two types of pasta by hand at a relaxed pace, the boys could easily follow along and had such a good time, which meant we did too.
