There are two things you need to know about Italians. They love life, and they LOVE to eat
Preparing fresh pasta is engaging and fun, and I am excited to share with my guests the secrets of making excellent tagliatelle and delicious ravioli. In true Veronese spirit, we will also immerse ourselves in the preparation of potato gnocchi. We cannot forget that a Carnival mask has even been dedicated to this tasty dish: the Gnoco Daddy. Between flour and chatter, time will fly by in an atmosphere of authentic tradition and conviviality.
Verona the city of love and this is’ an experience for couples…we will prepare together an aperitif of prosecco and small romantic appetizers…which the couple will enjoy in the garden or on the terrace.
We will learn how to prepare tortellini in couple stations in which each member of the couple will have their own task in creating the knot of love.

This experience is a ‘must do’ in Italy, and the beautiful setting and expert instructors at Cooking Italy in Rome make this the place to do your Italian cooking class. I don’t usually enjoy cooking but I totally enjoyed this, and the pasta we made was outstanding.

My husband and I had the most fantastic experience at cooking Italy! Silvia was our chef instructor and we loved her! The location was lovely, immaculate and perfectly appointed – if you are in Sorrento you must find time for Cooking Italy!

We took the pasta making class with our two boys aged 10 and 12 and we had such a great time. Luca was a friendly, fun and engaging teacher and our whole group were lovely. We made two types of pasta by hand at a relaxed pace, the boys could easily follow along and had such a good time, which meant we did too.
